Why am I not seeing any prices?
There may be two reasons for this:
  1. You have not yet registered and therefore do not see any prices. Simply log in with your username and password. Then you will see the prices of our products as usual and can add them to your shopping cart.
  2. These are products that are not suitable for online sale. You can ask us for these products at any time and we will make you a written offer.
Which shipping methods are available?
All items are delivered by TNT or GLS.
  • Standard processing time within Germany: 1 business day
  • Standard processing time within the EU**: 2 - 3 business days
Orders that are placed before 3 pm are usually assembled and shipped on the same business day. Orders that are placed after 3 pm might only be dispatched on the following business day.
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation with a tracking link via email.
How can I receive a copy of my invoice?
All invoices will be available to view in your customer account. Simply click on the order you want to check and you will find order details and your invoice in PDF format.

The security of your data is our top priority. We try to make your shopping experience as pleasant and worry-free as possible. For us, this also means that your data is secure at all times.

In order to be able to place your order conveniently online, all you have to do is register with our online shop. Please use the registration from for this. We will use the information you provide to check whether you have already been entered as a customer in our ERP system. If you are not already listed in our system as a customer, it may take a little time to process your registration. So we would ask you to be prepared to wait a while. As soon as we have set your account up, we will let you know by email that it has been activated.
To log onto our online shop, simply enter your email address and password in the top portion of the webpage. Or you can also log in from our Login page. Your user name will always be the email address you used when you registered.
You can change your password at any time in your User account for the online shop. If you have forgotten your password, you can use the "Password forgotten" function to reset it.
By using this access information, you signify your acceptance of our General Business Conditions, which can also be reviewed in our online shop. If you wish to cancel your registration, please send us a short email requesting that we delete your account. In this case, it is essential that your request is sent from the email address that is stored in the online shop.
As an online shop customer, you have access to the same attractive prices and conditions that we offer in our branches. The prices shown here in the online shop are inclusive of agreed discounts and exclusive of statutory Value Added Tax. Please note that discounts or volume-linked prices are not shown explicitly. If you have any questions about the prices you are seeing, please contact your account manager or sales representative.
Minimum order value
The minimum order value is 20 EUR. This is the lowest total value of goods that can be ordered at one time. Orders below the minimum order value will not be accepted.
