Description
Diese Mengenteiler dienen zur Speisung von vier unabhängigen Hydraulikkreisläufen mit nur einer Pumpe.
Teilungsfehler ca. 3 %
Unterschiedliche Druckeinstellung pro Sektion möglich.
Ventile einstellbar von 70 - 210 bar, andere Einstellbereiche auf Anfrage.
Umbau auf interne Leckölabführung möglich - dazu den Anschluss T mittels Blindstopfen G1/2″ verschließen (Umbau nur nach Rücksprache empfohlen!).
Auslegung Zahnradmengenteiler: qi = Q/z * 1000/n
qi = Schluckvolumen / Sektion [cm³]
Q = Eingangsvolumenstrom gesamt [l/min]
z = Anzahl Sektionen
n = Drehzahl [U/min]
