Description
Doeltreffende slang- en leidingbreukbeveiliging voor persluchtsystemen. Ontworpen voor normale luchtvolumes zoals vereist door pneumatisch gereedschap. Als er schade optreedt door een slang- of leidingbreuk, onderbreekt Hose Guard onmiddellijk de doorstroming, met uitzondering van een marginale reststroom. Onbeschadigde delen van het persluchtnet blijven onder volledige druk, en het getroffen segment of de getroffen slang kan veilig worden vervangen. Na de reparatie vult de reststroom het segment langzaam weer tot op werkdrukniveau. Zodra dit is bereikt, opent Hose Guard de lijn weer voor normaal bedrijf. Hose Guard beschermt personeel en werkomgeving tegen schade die kan ontstaan wanneer een persluchtsysteem of persluchtslang barst, voldoet aan EU-norm DIN EN ISO 4414: 2010, 2011-04 - § 5.4.5.11, bedrijfsveilig en instelbaar, kan in elk persluchtsysteem worden geïnstalleerd, TÜV-keurmerk 01-02-0145.
